Since inception LGM has been actively involved in building and special structure design.  Our services cover a wide range of structural engineering.

 

The firm’s project portfolio is comprised of the design of new residential and commercial buildings, renovations and restorations of existing structures, additions to existing structures, interior structural modifications, structural inspection and condition evaluation, remodeling of country houses and estates, design of parking structures and etc.

 

LGM has extensive experience in providing structural engineering services during construction, including assurance of structural safety and stability, design of temporary shoring and bracing, temporary excavation support systems and underpinning, design of demolition sequences and procedures, and etc.

LGM provided miscellaneous engineering services during construction of Schermehorn House in Brooklyn, NY. The scope of services included analysis and design of the temporary excavation support system comprised of soldier piles and timber laggings, stability analysis of an adjacent TA subway tunnel, special inspection and etc.
